Nsia Kileo Kargbo started HHES in 2021 after more than a decade working inside home health, as an RN, a compliance lead, a startup operator. She’d seen what worked, what got agencies shut down, and what the consultants nobody was offering actually looked like.
So she built it herself. HHES has since helped agencies across Florida and multiple other states get licensed, accredited, enrolled, and operational. Nsia runs every engagement directly — this isn’t a junior associate situation.

What Does Home Health Edge Do?
Home Health Edge is a progressive Home Health expert network and knowledge intermediary. We facilitate knowledge sharing through consulting engagements between our clients – Home Health Agencies – and experts in different roles in the Home Health industry. We present a platform where industry knowledge seekers can have access to information without high consultation fees in an a-la-carte fashion. Our approach allows providers to have options related to systems and solutions that can improve their organizations and ultimately help to shape the home care delivery model built and reimbursed for quality.
Who Are Home Health Edge’s Clients?
We work with new and established home health providers across the US. Our client base includes individuals from hundreds of top agencies.
How Does the Process Work?
After we receive a service request from a client, we search our network for experts whose experience and expertise match the specific topic at hand. Our experts have an open calendar that they control and keep current with their availability. After we identify qualified experts, we pair the customer with the expert based on the client’s target date and the expert’s availability. We then schedule the consultation and send a confirmation email for the call. After the consultation is complete, we issue payment to the expert in his/her requested form.

Do I Need to Prepare for The Sessions?
HHE collects details about the clients and what their needs are. Our services are broken down by various subjects/categories pertinent to the Home Health Industry. Therefore, the consultant will receive information on what the client needs before the session. We encourage experts to use that preparation worksheet/prep sheet to do the necessary preparations needed to ensure that all resources, guidance, education, or training are assessed and provided to the client.
What Topics Will I Be Expected to Discuss During a Consultation?
Our clients seek information on various topics in the Home Health/Home Care industry. During the assignment process, the consultant can contact HHE Solutions’ main office with any specific questions the client has provided on the prep sheet or if there is miscategorization during the assignment process. Additionally, consultants are restricted from consulting on projects where the client’s company of interest is the expert’s current employer or any other entity that may present a conflict of interest.
How Often Will I Be Expected to Consult?
How often you consult will vary depending on the clients’ project requests, as well as your specific area of expertise and availability. HHE Solutions will contact you whenever we receive a project that matches your expertise. You may decline a consultation at any time for any reason.
What Is the Reimbursement Process?
Consultants are compensated at a project rate that’s based on industry standards and the expert’s relative level of experience and expertise. HHE Solutions issues payments on Thursdays of the week following the date of service (DOS) via check or direct deposit.
Why Hasn’t Anyone Contacted Me to Schedule a Consultation?
We are not always able to match consultants immediately with client projects, as the requests we receive vary widely each day. If we have contacted you for a potential project that didn’t lead to a consultation, it is likely because the project’s priority or scope has changed. We do our best to inform our consultants of these instances, but due to the high volume of client requests we receive, we are not always able to address every occurrence. Further, we encourage our consultants to regularly update their calendars to accurately reflect their availability information, third-party relationships, and topics. By keeping your profile up-to-date, we are better able to match your talents to client projects.
