  • How Does the Process Work?

    After we receive a service request from a client, we search our network for experts whose experience and expertise match the specific topic at hand. Our experts have an open calendar that they control and keep current with their availability. After we identify qualified experts, we pair the customer with the expert based on the client’s target date and the expert’s availability. We then schedule the consultation and send a confirmation email for the call. After the consultation is complete, we issue payment to the expert in his/her requested form.

We encourage experts to use that preparation worksheet/prep sheet to do the necessary preparations needed to ensure that all resources, guidance, education, or training are assessed and provided to the client.

During the assignment process, the consultant can contact HHE Solutions’ main office with any specific questions the client has provided on the prep sheet or if there is miscategorization during the assignment process. Additionally, consultants are restricted from consulting on projects where the client’s company of interest is the expert’s current employer or any other entity that may present a conflict of interest.

  • How Often Will I Be Expected to Consult?

    How often you consult will vary depending on the clients’ project requests, as well as your specific area of expertise and availability. HHE Solutions will contact you whenever we receive a project that matches your expertise. You may decline a consultation at any time for any reason.

  • What Is the Reimbursement Process?

    Consultants are compensated at a project rate that’s based on industry standards and the expert’s relative level of experience and expertise. HHE Solutions issues payments on Thursdays of the week following the date of service (DOS) via check or direct deposit.

  • Why Hasn’t Anyone Contacted Me to Schedule a Consultation?

    We are not always able to match consultants immediately with client projects, as the requests we receive vary widely each day. If we have contacted you for a potential project that didn’t lead to a consultation, it is likely because the project’s priority or scope has changed. We do our best to inform our consultants of these instances, but due to the high volume of client requests we receive, we are not always able to address every occurrence. Further, we encourage our consultants to regularly update their calendars to accurately reflect their availability information, third-party relationships, and topics. By keeping your profile up-to-date, we are better able to match your talents to client projects.

  • What Are the Requirements to Work with Home Health Edge Solutions?

    HHE Solutions works with industry consultants to ensure that they have the relevant experience that is needed and maintain appropriate professional licensures, credentials, and practice clearance by the appropriate legal governing authorities. HHE Solutions also ensures that consultants pass basic background screening and have no conflict of interest with the clients we serve.
